Problem: It is not currently possible for users to delete their own attachment(s) from an OpenMRS wiki page.
Detail: Confluence does not currently offer any type of "trash" feature. Once an attachment is "deleted" in Confluence, it is immediately removed from the server's file system and not able to be restored. This means any user could delete any important attachment with no easy way to recover it. Atlassian is currently considering adding this feature, which was requested in 2006. Details about this improvement request are documented in Atlassian's own JIRA system for Confluence: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-6821
Workaround: If you need an attachment deleted that you uploaded to a wiki page, or if you have found one that is out of date and needs to be deleted for a valid reason, please open a help desk case and we will investigate.
